Dexin Radiator Leads Sustainable Manufacturing with Green Aluminum Technology

Dexin Radiator has achieved a milestone in sustainable manufacturing by transitioning 60% of its production to recycled aluminum. The initiative reduces CO₂ emissions by 25% and aligns with global efforts to decarbonize the automotive supply chain.

"As the world’s largest radiator exporter, Dexin is committed to circular economy principles," said Environmental Director Chen Mei. The company’s closed-loop system recovers 95% of aluminum from end-of-life vehicles, supported by partnerships with recycling firms in China and Europe. Its new water-based coatings eliminate hazardous chemicals, earning EU Ecolabel certification.

Market data shows eco-friendly radiators command a 15% price premium, with demand growing at 18% annually. Dexin’s green products are already adopted by Tesla and BYD for their EV models. The company aims to scale recycling capacity to 100,000 tons by 2028.
